Initial Inquiry & Consultation
This is where it begins. Maybe you have just acquired a new property, or maybe you want to turn your current living space into something more. Whatever it is, during this process, the Kenneth Morgan team will discuss your goals for the space and help you in finding exactly what you’re after.
Visiting The Site
Once were both on the same page, we will schedule a day to visit your property and discuss in further detail exactly what will be done in each portion of the property. We will do a brief site survey and see how to most efficiently and beautifully transform your space - as well as what can or cannot be done on your property.
Concept & Design Phase
After we visit and discuss the project, upon deciding to proceed, a formal contract will be formed and the concept & design phase begins. Using the data we collected during our site survey, we will present our mutually discussed plans for your space, with a list breaking down each component of the diagram.
